Drawing on almost two decades of clinical work as a doctor, a deep understanding of the body, anatomy, physiology and the intricate ways our systems communicate. Combined with training as a certified Mind-Body Coach, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Trauma-Informed Relationship Coach, this is whole-person care, grounded in evidence and lived experience.
